hi all.. yesterday was a tiring day for me.. i had to stay back in school till 4! i guess the morning was alright.. but in the afternoon, i had to do 2 tests! math from 12.45 till 2, and the other was socio.. 2 essays! from 2.30 till 4.. then i had tuition at night.. so i'm sure u can imagine, i was super tired the whole day.. but today was better, less tiring.. i was able to go home from school at 12.05..
just the other day, i was talking to my uncle.. and we were discussing bout chinese written characters.. and apparently, my name actually means 'jade swallow'! that's so interesting.. haha..
it's official, i got my very first guitar blisters! haha.. i was trying to practice the notes for the bass on a guitar.. btw, if u didnt know this, the bass and the guitar are very similar in the sense that the notes on the fret board are actually the same.. :P so yea.. had small blisters on the right second and third finger.. hehe.. Ben sent me a picture of a pink bass.. OMG! it's the perfect one for me! haha.. soooo cool.. it's baby pink as u can see... haha.. its soooo prettyyyyy.. hehe.. take a look!

bonjour! hehe.. nothing happened to me that's worth remembering today... didnt go out except for dinner in my gms's hse.. again.. that's like.. the 4th time we had dinner there this week..
anywhoo.. saturday was more eventful.. it was the first day of school after the raya holidays.. sooo boring.. then i went home to shower and then fell asleep! haha.. i got up at 4 which meant that i was late for YDM.. they were showing a good film this week and i came just in time.. didnt miss anthing.. the movie is called 'facing the giants'.. if u ever come across that film on dvd, then i suggest u get it and watch it with a box of tissues in reach! hahaha.. sad but i'm telling you, it's so good! haha.. then i had practice for the church service.. and after that, we went to sin youme to eat our very-late-dinner.. i had so much fun there.. we laughed so much and talked bout random stuff.. hehe.. fun night..
i'm feeling very exhausted and tired so i guess i should sleep early.. if i can.. hehe.. :P

ok.. so i've changed my blogskin.. was bored of the old one.. hehe.. i hope this one's better.. although it is pink.. haha.. u know me.. but anyways, there are still a few kinks so bear with me.. it'll be fixed soon! (i hope) hehe.. :)
gosh.. i think my blog has too much blingg.. hahaha.. i apologise for not blogging much.. i guess i'm not the blogger-type of person [obviously].. so just to fill this post up, i'll give a little 'update'.. :p
i just finished my end-of-year exams.. and now, i'm starting my AS exams.. arghhhhh.. so many exams! literally having 3 months of exams.. haha.. i dont think i did well for my school exams coz i didnt actually study for them.. haha.. im just concentrating on my AS ones.. :p if i do well, then i'd be free next year in june! unlike other ppl who will have to spend their time studying and doing exams! hehe.. i had my maths P1 paper yesterday.. i didnt do abt 2 questions coz i couldnt.. but oh well.. i think i did quite well for the rest of the questions.. atleast it was much easier than the mock exams.. hehe.. i'm ready to get an A! (or rather, i'm hoping for an A.. haha) so i have the P6 paper and my bio pracs at the end of the month.. sigh... feel so lazy to do the exams..
recently, i have taken an interest in playing the bass.. hehe.. i think i'm improving rather well.. :) i dont actually have a bass guitar at home.. so i practice using a normal acoustic guitar.. it can be quite difficult coz the strings are quite close to each other.. compared to the bass.. :) in addition to that, i have learned 3 other chords on the guitar.. hehe..
i havent been exercising in months.. gosh i feel so lethargic.. and unhealthy.. i wish the school would have fixed times for the sports and not just practice just coz a competition is coming up.. how are we to improve when we dont have regular practices? i miss playing netball and basketball.. i hardly played basketball this year.. i joined MD coz i thought they'd have proper training.. and i thought that i could train up and become good.. but noooooooooooo.. sheesh.. i think we had like.. less than 10 meetings! i feel so pissed and disappointed..
anyways, on a happier note, i might be going to canada in december! how exciting.. incase ur wondering why, of all places, wud i go there.. well, my cousins are there.. so thats y.. i've never been over there... but they've been here.. so it's only fair.. haha.. but then again, its not confirmed.. i feel quite sad that (if i do go) i wont be able to participate in all the 'christmas activities' such as caroling and taking part in the churh mid-night mass.. as u know, i have been participating in the activities for about 2 years.. i think.. and i've gotten used to it that it feels sooo wierd not doing anything this year.. but then again, it all depends if i go.. sheesh, even travelling has its cons.. grrrrr.. but if i do go, i might be able to catch all the amazing discounts on almost everything on boxing day!!! haha.. a shopper's paradise..
i'm tired of typing so u'll just have to wait for the next post.. whenever that would be.. hehehe.. :P
