i am officially PISSED!!! EVERYWHERE i go, i'm reminded of 'him'.. its not that i miss him, its just that now that i'm in a new place, i would really like to leave the past and start a-new.. so far, i've already met 2 ppl with the same name AND someone who has the same shirt as he does.. it's like the universe just doesnt want me to forget!! gosh i wish i could just forget it all.. all that pain and regret, all the things unsaid and all that mattered once to me... sigh... this sucks.. BIG time.. every-so-often, i'd get a flash back of something we did together.. not to mention, i still get DREAMS of him, of us!!! and i get so mad, coz i dont want to be thinking of it.. it was just so... UNFAIR... -i DONT deserve this-

sigh... on another note, uni work has been piling up! so, i studied this afternoon!! hahaha.. NEVER in my life have i ever studied just 3 weeks into school.. this is a first for me.. yeay! *pats shoulder* lol.. and i think i'm finally getting some of the chem taught in my classes!! i did some exercises this afternoon and i could do most of them!! i know it's gonna get tougher, so i guess i just gotta work harder... *panicking at the words 'work harder'* hehe..

tomorrow nite, we have a 'home cell' thing where cg is in someone's hse (over here, it's arnd the Mel Uni campus) and we have to bring a dish that's either yellow, black, red or white.. so i decided to go online and look for inspiration, and i came across this chicken and cheese wrapped in bacon thing.. the chicken looks white when cooked, cheese and potatoes are yellow and bacon is red!! i just hope i can successfully make it... *fingers crossed!!!*

last nite, my bro and i went to my bro's friend's place for dinner (hua ho's grandson!!) coz his parents and younger bro were over.. so his mom cooked for us... GOOD home cooked food!! she cooked this dark, saucy chicken, similar to how my mum cooks it (very tasty) and also baked salmon marinated in some kind of sauce (ready made AND delicious!!) hehe.. had all this with rice and vege soup... overall, it was a GOOD dinner.. hehe.. we went to get slurpies b4 going back.. i was so blurr, that i didnt know the flavour i took wasnt ready.. -_-" so i had a very liquidy slurpie.. booooo, was looking forward to a good, icy slurpie.. oh well...

this saturday, i'm going to my bro's godparents' hse for a barbeque in the noon.. good food again! yeay.. and we might go to Crown Hotel after that.. cant wait! one day, i wanna go to the marine center, just opposite crown hotel..

been watching quite a few shows lately.. catching up on OTH and GG.. hehe.. tnx to yen yin, i can now watch the shows without having to download anything! yeay.. she's like.. my chatting buddy now..

gotta wake up early tomorrow.. the only day of the week that i gotta get up b4 8.. (6.45 to be exact!!) usually, i get up arnd 9 something for classes.. 8.30 if i'm not too lazy to get out of bed.. hehe

hmmm.. wonder if there's anything else to watch.............?

on saturday, it was my bro's friend's bday, so we went to a greek restaurant.. awesome food!! haha.. after that, we went to a karaoke place and had a blast singing out our fav tunes... hehe..

i wish denice and azeem were there with me tho.. my karaoke buddies! hehe..

lately, it's been raining and the weather's quite cold! so i feet and hands freeze up.. i found these super cute socks in the cupboard.. so i wear them at night when it's cold.. they're soooo soft and comfy! not to mention cute!

we went to a music store and look wat i found! i just had to get it coz i'm such a huge fan..

oh, and i went to church on sunday morning, and for those of u who know pastor matt fielders, he came up to talk to me and guess wat??!! he sed i looked familiar and that he recognised me from somewhere!! like, OMG MANN!!! i met him back in 2005 (4 YEARS AGO!!) during the planet shakers conference in KK.. i was sooo shocked! haha.. then we talked a bit.. i'm still shocked that he sed he recognises me.. haha..

i wasnt hungry just now, so for my dinner, i had peaches and cream!! yummm...

i cut the peach into smaller pieces coz, well, it was hard to dip the whole thing in the bowl.. :p

GAHHH~~ i'm so frustrated! i still haven't gotten my laptop back.. oh wellsss....

anyways, *calming down* i finally got lost somewhere! haha.. it was on the 6th and i was supposed to meet daphne up for something that's similar to YDM (missing ydm sooooo much!!!).. i was supposed to go by tram.. so my bro told me to take ANY tram... i was skeptical at first, but i went along and went to the tram station that my bro and i always take to go to a friend's place.. i was so confident that it was the right tram.. haha.. so i spent abt 20-30 mins on that tram, waiting for the conductor to announce the last stop (which was supposed to be Mel Uni).. but it never came.. so i just sat there... waiting.. until daphne called! that's when i realised that i got on the wrong tram and that i was soooooo lost!!! haha.. i ended up somewhere in south melbourne.. sort of like a perpendicular distance from where i was supposed to go.. hehe.. i wasnt scared or anything.. in fact, i laughed at myself and relished the moment.. lol.. i got of the next tram stop after talking to daph and had to wait a while for the next tram.. so i looked arnd.. and there was a tattoo shop in the area.. and they had a lizard in a tank! uber-coolness.. hehe..

after taking the tram back to the city, i had to walk to another tram stop, and on the way, look wat i found all the way in Mel! haha

by the time on the RIGHT tram (thank goodness!!), it was pretty late, and OCF (the ministry that's similar to YDM) had split into their bible study groups.. daph came out to meet me and brought me in.. did all the introductions and played a few ice-breakers.. after that, we went for supper and an italian restaurant (uber-good food!! i had raviolli.. yummmm..) and to my surprise, the group brought out a cake thing for another member of the group and for me!! (well i was a last minute addition, but who's complaining?? hehe) apparently, the guy has the same bday as me!! and we're the same age.. i dont have any pics from that night coz i was too absent minded.. haha.. tnx guys!!

so the next day was MY BIG DAY!! although it wasn't technically big as i wasnt back home celebrating with my friends and family.. boohoooo.. oh well.. i didnt think of doing anything coz, well.. there's no one close to celebrate with.. never-the-less, i got up arnd 11ish as my parents called me to wish me ( and tnx to DENICE who called me at midnight!!! AWWWWW LOVE U LOTS!!! *hugs* ) then my bro asked me to go to his friend's place as he was there.. i went with another girl from the same building who's also one of my bro's friends.. we had a home-cooked meal and we just chilled out in the noon watching tv.. went back to shower and at night, we went to an authentic chinese restaurant for dinner with more of my bro's friends (who i also kind-of know.. hehe) and 2 of them gave me gifts! i wasnt expecting any.. how sweet! (my bro contributed cash for the Dior sunnies i have, so that's his gift for me!) after dinner, we went back to my bro's friend's apartment, and waddaya know?? they surprised me with a cake!!! apparently, my bro WALKED all the way to the apartment the previous night to BAKE the cake for me!! how sweet!

after eating the cake, we decided to go and check out a festival that was on some street, called the MUMBAA (dont know how to spell it!! lol) festival.. there were so many rides/rollercoasters and game stalls.. we wanted to win something, but none of us did.. haha.. the gifts were cute soft toys.. like those u see in movies.. i wanted the pink pony!! oh well.. haha..

they had cute blue ponies too, but the one i wanted was WAYY bigger than this.. and it's pink.. hehe

the other night, i had my first self-cooked meal from scratch! not those 3-minute ones.. hehe.. simple, but it's good enuf for me..

i want my lappie back... *pout*

i apologise for not updating regularly.. as i've sed, my laptop is in the 'hospital' for a little fix up.. so i can only update this blog when i get a hold of my bro's one.. :p i've started uni already and i've gotta say, the workload looks super intimidating.. and what happened to the good ol' days when printed notes were provided?? i gotta go to the RMIT website to take quizzes, look for extra lecture notes.. and the list goes on.. so MA FAN!!!!!

haha here's a pic of me in my room on the first day of my uni life.. fingers crossed!! haha

so last sunday, we went to a japanese restaurant for lunch and the food's not too bad.. we didnt have any of those 'maki's coz, well, they're too expensive.. hehe.. so we just had a bowl of udon noodles each.. after that, we went to a music store and all the guys and i went all googly-eyes on the guitars! hahaha.. here are some pics!!

there were also lots of pianos.. and they have gorgeous grand pianos! i didnt dare to take a lot of pics coz ppl were looking.. haha..

the highlight of my day was when my bro took me to the planet shakers church!!! we had to walk there, and it was a pretty long walk.. like.. arnd 20 mins.. so i took in the views arnd me and absolutely loved it!

and here it is! planer shakers church!! well, it's just like a coomunity centre building coz i think they're waiting to build their own building.. hehe..

i was in awe when i went inside and they started the worship.. it's like a freakin` concert!!!! my goodness.. it's just like a mini conference.. like the one i went to in 2005.. hehe... i (again) didnt dare to take more pics coz it was dark inside and when i take pics, a red light will flash, so they cud see... haha

that's pastor matt fielders making the announcements! hehe... i kind of got a bit emotional during the worship session.. coz i was suddenly missing SAC and the ppl very much... :'( (missing YDM too!!!!!)

later that nite, we went to my bro's friend's hse for dinner.. my bro cooked butter milk chicken! it was good.. but i was soooo full that i couldnt finish it.. (being greedy, i took a lot on my plate! hahahahha)

then i went outside to look at the view and it was simply breath-taking!

i had class in the morning just now and came home.. so i'll be free for the rest of the day... so i decided not to be lazy and cook myself lunch!!

my first home-cooked meal in OZ!!! hehehe.. but, truthfully, i cheated.. lol... i used the ready-made pasta sauce.. but i did cook the mushrooms and pasta separately! that counts, rite? :p

i gotta give the laptop back now.. i miss my lappie... i want it back now!!! booohooooo....
